Jeff is a financial services executive who served as a global leader in numerous aspects of the investment process. He has extensive experience in global equity trading, compliance, investment operations, risk management, securities market structure, public policy, global regulation, and the implementation of technology efficiencies.  

Jeff provides independent consulting and advisory services to the financial services and legal communities, leveraging his personal experience and industry expertise.

Before founding Estella LLC, Jeff spent twenty years at MFS Investment Management and held the following roles:

• Director of Global Equity Trading
• Director of Trading Analytics 
• Director of Investment Operations
• Senior Equity Trader

Jeff served on the Board of Directors for both Luminex Trading and the National Organization of Investment Professionals (NOIP).
